Our Role as a Travel Advisor
Love + Leisure acts as an independent travel advisor and, through our host agency affiliation with KHM Travel Group, facilitates bookings with third-party suppliers, including resorts, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel providers. We do not own, operate, manage, or control these suppliers. The suppliers you book with are independent entities responsible for the travel services they provide.
Quotes, Pricing & Availability
Pricing and availability provided by Love + Leisure are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and deposited with the relevant supplier. We make every effort to provide accurate, current information but are not responsible for pricing or availability errors originating from a third-party supplier.
Deposits, Payments & Cancellations
Deposit amounts, payment schedules, and cancellation policies are set by individual suppliers (resorts, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, etc.) and vary by booking. These terms will be disclosed to you before you commit to a reservation. Love + Leisure's own advisory fees, if applicable to your booking, will be disclosed in advance and are separate from supplier-imposed cancellation penalties.
Travel Protection
We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip. Details are available at our Travel Disclaimer. Purchasing travel protection is optional and at your discretion, but we encourage you to review the coverage carefully.
Website Use
You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only. Content on this Site, including text, images, and design, is the property of Love and Leisure, LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
No Warranty
