We start by understanding your retreat's purpose, group size, and budget, then source properties that fit rather than offering a generic shortlist. From there we connect you with the venue's on-site coordinator.
Yes. Attendees get their own registration and payment process, so you are not personally responsible for chasing down balances.
It varies by venue, but many properties offer meaningful group rates starting around 8 to 10 rooms. We will confirm exactly what applies once we know your destination and group size.
In most cases, no. Venues and suppliers pay us directly, so our planning support typically comes at no added cost to your group.

Book 75 or more paid room nights for your retreat and receive up to $1,000 to enhance your experience. Use it toward a room upgrade, a special gathering, or a flight credit.
- 75 paid room nights = $500
- 100 paid room nights = $750
- 125 paid room nights = $1,000
Complimentary room nights earned through concessions do not apply toward the total room block count. Book by 12/31/2026 for travel through 12/31/2028. Group booking must be paid in full. The credit is applied at time of travel. This promotion is not combinable with group offers. A 10% agency fee or check deduction applies.
