We handle the logistics behind your wedding weekend: resort and venue research, room block negotiation, guest booking support, and communication with your on-site wedding coordinator. You focus on the celebration. We manage what gets your guests there.
We negotiate a group rate and room categories at your chosen resort, then give each guest a simple way to book within that block. You never have to chase individual reservations or collect payments yourself.
For most destination weddings, 9 to 12 months gives us enough time to secure the venue, lock in your room block, and give guests a fair runway to book their travel.
Guests can book directly within the room block we set up, and we are available to help with flights, transfers, or any questions along the way. It is designed to feel easy for them, not like one more task on your plate.
In most cases, no. Resorts and suppliers pay us directly, so working with us typically costs the same as booking on your own, often with added perks through our preferred partnerships.

Book 75 or more paid room nights for your wedding celebration and receive up to $1,000 to make the experience even more special. Use it toward a room upgrade, a private event, or a flight credit for you and your partner.
- 75 paid room nights = $500
- 100 paid room nights = $750
- 125 paid room nights = $1,000
Complimentary room nights earned through concessions do not apply toward the total room block count. Book by 12/31/2026 for travel through 12/31/2028. Group booking must be paid in full. The credit is applied at time of travel. This promotion is not combinable with group offers. A 10% agency fee or check deduction applies.
