Chericka Johnson is the Seattle-based co-founder of Love + Leisure. She has traveled to more than 35 countries and handled travel for weddings and retreats with more than 100 guests. Her work spans luxury vacations, honeymoons, group celebrations, and retreats, informed by more than 20 years across corporate leadership, nonprofit strategy, and business ownership.

Briana Snell, based in Atlanta, was a destination bride herself, married at Eden Roc Cap Cana in Punta Cana.
Briana knows firsthand what it takes to plan a celebration that brings family and friends together from near and far. After planning her own destination wedding at Eden Roc Cap Cana in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, she experienced the excitement, moving parts, and behind-the-scenes logistics that come with coordinating a group celebration. That experience inspired her to create something different for her clients: a more personal, detail-driven approach to destination wedding and group travel.
With a background in Project Management, Briana naturally brings an organized, proactive approach to every trip she plans. She understands that the details guests may never see are often what make the biggest difference: from room block management and supplier coordination to timelines, communication, and anticipating potential challenges before they become problems.
Known for being detail-oriented, passionate, knowledgeable, and dependable, Briana is the person her clients and friends turn to when they want travel done right. Briana is all about creating experiences that feel effortless, elevated, and meaningful. She takes the time to understand her clients, their vision, and what matters most to them, then works behind the scenes to bring it all together.
Briana specializes in destination wedding groups, social groups, leisure, romance travel, and family-friendly vacations, serving as a trusted guide throughout the entire planning process.
