Chericka has worked with the hotel to secure a group rate with Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club and to help all of our guests book their travel accommodations for our wedding on February 24, 2024.

Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club

BOOKING

To be considered part of the Packer/Robinson Wedding Group, you must book through the group block via our travel agent. To attend the wedding and to participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club as part of the wedding group.

Ready to book? The three steps are below. Our travel agent uses a streamlined process to keep all your information organized and easy to enter. If you have questions, please email chericka@loveleisuretravel.com

STEPS

Step 1- Fill out the Guest Information Form. This form has to be filled out to confirm your booking. Please read all terms and conditions at the end of the Guest Information Form including travel insurance, payment and cancellation policy when booking trip.

Step 2- Book your trip- Please note a maximum of 4 nights can be booked initially. We can add on nights after the group is confirmed. You will select your room, pay a deposit, add transport, and optionally add Classic Vacations travel insurance via the BOOK MY TRIP button below. Note: If you are single occupancy/traveling alone OR the room you need is not available(needs to be requested), please email chericka@loveleisuretravel.com to book.

You can make future payments towards your room/reservation via the payment link we will send after you book your trip. You can expect to receive your link within 4 weeks of booking.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• $200 per room deposit required at time of booking (plus the cost of insurance if chosen)

• Second Deposit of 20% will be due September 29, 2023

• Balance will be due November 30, 2023

  ****New Reservations received after September 29th must pay a minimum deposit of 35% of the total at booking and meet remaining payment milestones.

MAKE A PAYMENT

• Log into Classic Vacations and make a payment

• Email your dedicated travel advisor, Chericka, to request a payment link to make a payment on your own

• Request your dedicated travel advisor, Chericka, to make a payment on your behalf by filling out the Credit Card Authorization form

CANCELLATION POLICY

• October 15, 2023 - November 13, 2023 - cancellations are subject to a 10% penalty

• November 14, 2023 - December 13, 2023 -cancellations are subject to a 30% penalty

• December 14, 2023 - January 12, 2024 - cancellations are subject to a 50% penalty

• January 13, 2024 to date of travel - cancellations are subject to a 100% penalty

  Notice: If cancellation occurs, 100% of the deposit is non-refundable. We highly recommend trip insurance to protect your vacation investment.

Step 3- Quote TRAVEL PROTECTION (Insurance). We offer the Travel Insured Quote tool or you can add Classic Vacation insurance when you book. Read more about travel insurance below.

Your trip is a significant investment, and we recommend the purchase of travel insurance immediately after booking. If you choose to decline this protection, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements. By declining to purchase travel insurance you fully understand that your travel agent is not liable or responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or interruption, emergency medical and transportation, baggage and personal effects, flight and travel accident, and/ or rental car physical damage. When you fill out your forms you will need to acknowledge that you have been informed of the cancellation policies for our travel services and have been made aware of the benefits of travel protection. If you choose to accept travel insurance, you understand that the premium is non-refundable, even if you should need to file a claim. 

Travel Protection provides insurance coverage that only applies during the covered trip. You may have coverage from other sources that provides you with similar benefits but may be subject to different restrictions depending upon your other coverages. You may wish to compare the terms of this policy with your existing life, health, home, and automobile insurance policies. If you have any questions about your current coverage, call your insurer or insurance agent or broker.

• Classic Vacations Group Travel Protection- You can select this when booking your trip

• Add on to a current policy you have with an insurance company

Please note:

a. That purchasing travel insurance is not required in order to purchase any other producer or services offered by the travel retailer

b. We are travel agents and not licensed insurance agents, so we are not qualified or authorized to:

i. Answer technical questions about the benefits, exclusions or conditions of any of the insurance offered by the travel retailer

ii. Evaluate the adequacy of the prospective insured’s existing insurance coverage

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

If you paid for roundtrip airport transfers with Classic Vacations for the Robinson Wedding, please provide your flight information on the Airport Transfer form by 12/13/23. If we don’t receive the info by 12/13/23, we will cancel the transfers and issue refunds. If roundtrip airfare is not on your reservation summary or itinerary you have not paid for this service.  However, if you would like to purchase roundtrip airport transfer, email your dedicated travel advisor, Chericka, at chericka@loveleisuretravel.com.
